House Rules
No pets allowed. We generously allow smoking and cigars on the balcony as a courtesy to our guests. Please treat this as a privilege. Absolutely no smoking inside the condo. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a minimum $250 deep cleaning and odor remediation fee. Please dispose of all butts and ash properly. No parties or events. This is a quiet, residential condo community. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors. Many are full-time residents, so keep noise and activity appropriate at all times. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Children and infants are welcome. Please treat the condo with care. Report any damage or issues right away.
